Returns Policy

Please choose your items carefully as we don’t offer a refund/ store credit on change of mind products. All returns must be in original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty) and within 14 days of purchase & accompanied with original receipt as proof of purchase. If goods are faulty then customer can have a refund or store credit. For health reasons there are no exchange/refunds on hair extensions. No exchange/refunds on scissors and sale items.

Return postage will not be paid for by Peachers Salon supplies unless the incorrect item was sent or the item is faulty/damaged, and proof of purchase will be needed.
